Staying at Friends Hotel & Rooftop in Quito was a delightful experience that perfectly combined comfort and hospitality. The location couldn't be better; nestled in the historic center, it's only a five-minute stroll to Independence Square, allowing for leisurely explorations of the city. The staff, especially Lisandro and Mariano, exuded warmth and friendliness, making us feel as though we were among friends. Our mornings started on a high note with a heavenly made-to-order breakfast-those waffles were just divine! What really stood out for me was the peace of mind brought by their airport shuttle service; it felt incredibly safe and efficient, an absolute must for any nervous traveler. We shared laughs and great food with fellow guests, creating a familial atmosphere that truly enhanced our stay. All in all, Friends Hotel is a gem for those seeking an authentic and welcoming experience in Quito-I'll definitely return with my family for more culinary adventures!
